The Wisconsin Veterans Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce applications are open for the second cohort of the Veteran Young Professional Leadership Program. This program provides young professional veterans with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to become effective, visionary leaders in the community, further their careers, and successfully transition from the military to the workplace. Sessions are led by leadership development experts who are military veterans themselves. Participants will participate in structured networking activities as well as leadership development presentations, discussions, guest speakers and more.
Ideal candidates for this program are current service members and veterans of any rank, students, and young professionals looking to develop and deploy their leadership skills. The Veteran Professional Leadership Program runs from April through November, meeting every 3rd Thursday of the month between 5-8pm. Program participants are expected to attend each session. Applications are due by March 2nd, 2018. Applicants accepted to participate in the program are notified by March 15th.
