RACINE, Wis. — Please join the Wisconsin Alliance for Retired Americans, American Federation of Government Employees Council 220, and other partner organizations as we host a rally to call for Social Security to be protected, modernized and expanded. Without increased funding, Social Security will fail to meet the needs of America’s most vulnerable citizens.

The American Federation of Government Employees Council 220 is partnering with the Wisconsin Alliance for Retired Americans to hold non-disruptive demonstrations to spread community awareness about the customer service challenges the employees, public and retirees face because of social security budget shortfalls over the last decade.

AFGE Council 220 is the National Council of SSA Field Operations Locals of the American Federation of Government Employees. Our Council is comprised of 18 Elected officers who serve as the executive committee (EC).
